REVIEW DRAMA TRICK




Trick dorama is comedic Japanese film and television series (three seasons, two movies, and feature-length special), and related comic books and novels about the fictional magician meta-physics and debunk the false spiritualists. It stars Hiroshi Abe and Yukie Nakama and shown on TV Asahi. It was made by Japanese director Yukihiko Tsutsumi.

Synopsis

Although 23 years old Yamada Naoko (Yukie Nakama), which consider themselves beautiful and talented magician, he continues to hold and fired hounded by her landlady for the rent being late. One day as he searches through the newspaper for a new job, he came from an ad in the physics professor, Jiro Ueda (Hiroshi Abe), who does not believe in all things magical, offering money to anyone who can prove that he is mere magic. Desperately need the money, Naoko accept the challenge of how he came to meet Professor Ueda. Fall prey to the simple magic tricks, Ueda is impressed, and enlists the reluctant Naoko to help him find the tricks behind a local cult. Soon, their debunking spiritualists. Ueda eventually develop a reputation for solving cases of supernatural, but it is the secret weapon Yamada, who hate the work but needs money.

First series

Season introduces a major character, and ostensibly for applicants Yamada (its plotline seems to have been abandoned though). The over-arching plot is that the true psychological Yamada killed the father, and who may themselves Yamada. Fraud psychics are: Big Mother (cultist, clairvoyant), Mitsui Miracle (makes things disappear), Kurosaka Miyuki (the killer pantomime), Katsuragi Koushou (clairvoyant, health teacher) and the population Kokumontou (aka Black Gate Island).

Second series

This season has a more established atmosphere. Ueda has published books, and enjoy some popularity. Villans including: Suzuki Yoshiko (fortune teller, the time traveler), Fukami Hiroaki (clairvoyant), and Emi Tsukamoto (voice divine punishment).
